What are your heart’s desires? You would be amazed at what you can accomplish when you set a goal, create a plan, and just go for it. I have spent the last 2-1/2 years working toward health and wellness from my head all the way to my heart. I am in the last few months of my doctorate program, and I am doing what I never thought I could. Nutrition and fitness are a huge part of that success. Age does not matter, income does not matter, and the time will come and go no matter what we do. So make it count! Follow your dreams. Become the expert in your life! I am proud of you!

  1. I’m so proud of you!! Myself, I’m at a standstill with my weight loss!!
    I think I need your help AGAIN!! I’m still very conscious of every thing
    I put in my mouth and it’s getting harder for me to exercise but…….
    I’m evidently not doing all I need to!!

  2. I am so proud of you for everything you do for your family! Your body may have a set point that is very difficult to change. Loving and nourishing your body every day with nutritious food and purposeful movement is important along with making positive choices for your emotional and spiritual well being. Let go of the scale and concentrate on how you feel. Blessings to you!

    I think that set point is correct, just wish I could lower that set point!!
    I’m going to do my best to do what you say!!
